Background

Monty Purich is a finance and governance professional with a background in public practice and significant experience advising ASX-listed companies on corporate governance, compliance, capital markets and company secretarial matters. He has supported boards and executive management on a broad range of strategic and regulatory matters, including capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, continuous disclosure, shareholder meetings and ASX and Corporations Act compliance. His experience includes working within an ASX 200 company and advising companies across the resources, technology and industrial sectors.

Monty is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Science (Physics) from The University of Western Australia. His combination of commercial acumen, governance expertise and technical education enables him to bridge the gap between complex technical projects and effective corporate decision-making.
